Audrey Jackson , AMFT
She/Her/Hers
Audrey is an associate marriage and family therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. Audrey believes that healing happens best in a space where all parts of the human experience are welcome, where laughter and difficult emotions can sit side-by-side. She brings warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor into the room to help ease the weight of hard conversations, while also holding space for the depth of your feelings. Audrey’s goal is to be your biggest cheerleader by celebrating your strengths, reminding you of your resilience, and walking alongside you as you grow and create meaningful change in your life.
Because of Audrey’s experiences with her own treatment and her roles as a partner and mother, she feels strongly about helping individuals who feel stuck in dysfunctional patterns. Whether it be OCD or conflict with a family member, Audrey strives to empower you and your family systems to support each other.
Audrey approaches therapy from a systemic perspective, gathering biological, psychological, social, and spiritual information as well as context from your family of origin. She primarily uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based treatment that is effective in treating a wide range of mental health conditions and relationship issues. Audrey also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP), and Gottman Couple therapy to provide comprehensive treatment.
